I bought the car following very satisfactory inspection and test drive. Clutch failed totally 24 hours after MOT . Dealers collected immediately and without any issues and inspected and repaired car within a few days. Unfortunately due to our travel needs and subsequent insurance issues I was not confident in reclaiming the vehicle. I requested a full refund which the dealership gave without quibbles within 24 hours and in a most gratifying manner. I am so impressed with their service, integrity and professionalism. It was a shame and I’m certain no fault of theirs that the vehicle failed but their attitude and genuine wish to provide good service was evident throughout.
