Nice car, London prices, dealership was to far away for me to buy this car I found similar closer, but did everything for me in a prompt manor, no compalints very good service

Impersonal communication. No name signed on email. No negotiation offe r d on price even though it had started £500 lower a month earlier, then reduced by a further £500, then increased by just over £1000 !! Won't accept ANY EV vehicle in part exchange from anyone. Brief phone call, ended abruptly. No interest shown in taking my details or contacting me further. I was polite and communicative. No idea why they were so cold and uninterested. Horrible experience.
