Having rung up on the Saturday to enquire about a car on their website I was interested in,I enquired about it's history & if it had the timing belt belt changed recently & I was told it had been changed at 80,000 miles.so I decided to go the following day to view it,I took it for a test drive & was happy with the car..when I was shown the service history,there was no written proof or confirmation of the timing belt being changed as I was told the previous day..I was told it was only verbally said by the previous owner ..to say I was disappointed is a understatement as i felt i was lied to on the phone.had they said their was no written proof then i wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs in going to view it..
