Not good , went for test drive heard knocking noise they told me they would fix , they didn’t, fixed the whole arm drives side after told them went back four times for repairs, also exhaust was blowing the whole of the exhaust needed replacing, asked for refund but no , costed me at least £50 going back and several hours no refund of petrol which they said they would

After placing a five day reservation on a vehicle it took nine days for the vehicle to made available for my viewing. Not a satisfactory performance. I had expected the vehicle to be made available within the five day reservation period. A local vehicle subsequently came on the market during that time which I believe will prove to be a better option. Hence you lost a probable sale due to the unacceptable time delay.
