I sent a query in regarding the vehicle and was contacted soon after by Danny who was extremely helpful, friendly and answered all of my questions. He sent me a video walk around as I wasn’t local to Grimsby and it would be a sight unseen purchase. We struck a deal and arranged a delivery for a date which suited me and Amy delivered it bang on the estimated time. The whole process went very smoothly considering it was over the Christmas/new year period too. And even after receiving the van I had a couple of queries that were dealt with, with no quibbles. You always have doubts and worries with a big purchase of something you haven’t seen in person, but I have got nothing but positive things to say about the way I was treated by Danny and the Ford Transit Centre Grimsby.
