Gary is a super-friendly chap and will go the extra mile. Before driving away with the car up he had it serviced, changed the oil, fixed a few small dents, replaced the brakes and even cleaned the callipers. Got great communication and useful car knowledge. Over the moon with my new car and would definitely buy another one from Heron Automotive in the future. Highly recommend.

I never got to see the car, only through the ad on Cargurus and a video sent to us by the dealership Howard Banks Cars Ltd where they offered a car in good condition, ready to drive, which turned out to be false. I paid a reservation and a deposit following Alex Banks' instructions for a total of £1000 and after 4 days of silence and without answering my messages they sent me an email saying that the car had turbo problems, therefore I had to decide not to continue with the purchase process, request a refund and today after 25 days they have only returned the £250 reservation leaving £750 pending, which we have claimed actively and passively and they have given us all the excuses even going so far as to blatantly put it (saying that they have been robbed, that I was the one who backed out the negotiation and that the car was ready to be picked up etc) They have not proof of their lies, I do have proof of everything. BE CAREFUL!
