Easy conversation and booking to view. Very helpful young man, Owen, who let us test drive and checked our vehicle for part-exchange with no pressure. Good experience. Only disappointed that, having asked for a better deal and promised a final call back after discussion with the manager, , we got no final response. It would have been a courtesy.

I can’t fault the service Grays of Chatham provided throughout the process of purchasing my car from them. All my questions were answered before I travelled to view the vehicle, as it was a distance from my home, so didn’t want a wasted journey. On arrival I was immediately offered refreshments by Peter before showing me around the car, pointing out the various details, then on the test drive he chatted away, again pointing out the functions of switches and buttons. The car was exactly as described, even the very minor fault. I drove away with the car a very happy man.
