Rachel served me this week with my car and I cannot recommend her enough. My experience with Rachel was easily 10/10. Communication was easy, Rachael was quick to respond to all my emails/phone calls in a timely manner with a high level of professionalism. Rachael put me at ease and listened to me and answered all my questions in full. My on-site experience was how I expected. The car was clean and was ready for me test drive and also pick up on collection. Customer service was overall excellent. Both Rachel and Chris are highly professional with their line of work and made my car buying experience easy and helpful. I was looking for a particular Honda Civic & came across an immaculate one at Vertu Honda Doncaster. I was contacted by Charlie who took me through the process & explained the process to me.
