After checking on the website I made a 3.5 hour round trip to view this car, only to find the dealer was closed. I rang the number on the www and spoke to a gentleman who told me that they were closed on bank holidays (no mention of this on the www), but said that I he would bring the car to me to view, I did mention the distance involved but this didn't seem to bother him. I emailed him and text him on the Tuesday, thanking him for his offer and yes I would like to take him up on it. it is now friday 09/05/25, and despite another email etc, no communications have been received from this dealer. which seems to me that they cant be bothered.... if they made a mistake and realised the distance to travel then just tell me. awful customer service.

went to visit this fiat 500 and we agreed on the price £2995 as it was listed for he said he will put 12 month MOT on the car so we can come back the next week and take it home . i put a £100 deposit on the car 5 days ago and we both signed on paper this price and then we had a call from ibran and his’ boss ‘ 3 days ago saying the car is now £3995 when we agreed on the price £2995 as he apparently listed the car price wrong . he also refused to give me my £100 deposit back at first until we got my dad on the phone arguing with him . just so rude and time wasters don’t trust these people . if i put a deposit on something you can’t just change the price after so unprofessional as this is technically still my car as it states on paper
