Email response to my out of hours enquiry was informative and timely. A follow-up call the next day from a polite salesman (Jak) who was able to answer all of my questions. Jak offered to hold the car so I had time to make the 80 mile journey to Marshalls. Ultimately, I have bought the car and would be happy to recommend Marshalls.
