I contacted Leyshon Flint & Sons by email to enquire about their Renault Clio. Nathan John in the sales got back to me very quickly answering all the information I requested very promptly. I arranged a test drive and Nathan was very open explaining that they hadn't serviced or valeted the car and I would see it in its trade-in condition. I was met by Richard Harris the sales manager and took the car for a test drive. The car was exactly as described and soon after, I sat down with Richard and bought the car. In passing I mentioned to Richard that 3 tyres had limited wear left, but this wasn't of major concern as I was very happy with the car. I picked the car up later that week after the service and the valet and the car looking immaculate, with all paperwork and keys etc in place. To my surprise there were also 3 new tyres fitted to replace the ones I had mentioned had worn. Leyshon Flint didn't have to do this, but it was a nice touch from a very professional dealer.
