I emailed the dealer to inform the deposit has been paid & asked them to confirm if I can collect the car in 3 days time but nothing is heard back from them, such a shame. I called them several times, texted them & left messages in chat but no response at all. They don’t have a line phone, just mobile which is hardly picked up! They must do something to improve promptness & customer service else anyone will be fed up. Very poor communication!

Terrible experience. Lies, lies, and more lies. Do yourself a favour and find another car. Hardly any online presence, no website or trusted reviews. No showroom, just a dirty yard and temp office. Car was dirty when I arrived. For starters the car was advertised as full service history and superb condition…it was neither. Needed stuff doing to it but that didn’t put me off. I then spent money, time and effort viewing the car twice over a fortnight. At one point Naz had a complete tantrum during negotiations but we sorted it & agreed on a deal. I never truly trusted him from the beginning but I started to get a bad feeling when Naz increased the price of the car online the very morning I went to view it a second time. Nevertheless he said he would “honour the deal”… we shook on it and he told me to contact him the next day to arrange paperwork for the purchase. Deal was done.
