Dealerships near me (Stockley Park, Greater London, GB)

Collected the car on Tuesday afternoon and took out the 7 day warranty with the salesman, I called when I got home to let them know that when I was driving home, there was a grinding noise coming from the front of the car at higher speeds. I am assuming they must have known about it and knew I wouldn't pick up on it test driving it in a built up area. They told me to get it looked at and assuming it was something simple, they would cover the cost. As expected, it turned out to be the front wheel bearing, no big deal, but they are refusing to take any responsibility as its wear and tear! It's not the end of the world of me, but if it had been something major, they probably would have given me the same response. Look elsewhere for a respectable dealership.

Hi guys,THIS CAR HAS BEEN ADVERTISED BY ANOTHER SELLER also so be very careful with these shady companies the address on google maps and the other big company car sales app is different than the one they will send you to see the cars so or doing some shady business. When I left a review on google they revengeful wrote a review on the company I work for making up stuff totally unrelated with what they did.They sent me to some place that looks like a scrap metal place near train station after discussing and making arrangements to view the car been told bunch of lies and then they never came to meet me after waiting a few hours they said that the car had some problems and its not available to see anymore, I drove 2h there then wasted the whole day to wait and return home. I would totally avoid this place its run by youngsters who don't even know how to lie properly. They also removed my review from google. Take care!

After a rocky start this dealer proved themselves to be absolutely customer satisfaction focused, everyone we dealt with was very keen to do everything they could to be helpful and to make the purchase process as easy as possible. We would happily deal with this dealer again.
