Good meeting with the sales guy. He went on holiday so ended up on the phone with a sales director. He was eating an ice cream whilst discussing pricing etc on the phone with me. I suggested I'd call back... but no... he continued to slaver and slobber down the phone. As an ex sales director myself...I would instantly dismiss any of my sales people if I saw them eating whilst talking to a potential customer. He obviously considered a £3 ice cream was mote valuable to his employer than my business. He also refused point blank to move on the price of the car. Nice sales people... but not a great example from their management
