Excellent service from initial phone call to solo test drive. No fuss no hassle just how it should be.

Booked a test drive/viewing after 50 mile trip to get there, the car wouldn’t start flat battery no petrol, ended up jump starting it but wouldn’t keep running no petrol. After having a quick look around the car there was damage on nearly every panel, driver’s door had chips nearly all the way down it where it had been hitting something and the passenger door was not quite as bad except the bottom 4inches was rusty down the edge, which when pointed out to him he replied oh it’s only a bit of rust. After pointing out the damage to the salesman I said obviously the car hasn’t gone through prep yet to which he replied yes it’s been through prep this car is ready to go. Pentagon consider this cosmetic damage which they would not be fixing. It seemed like the salesman didn’t want to sell this car so we left very disappointed and made the 50 mile trip back home. Won’t be visiting Pentagon again if this is their attitude.
