Not impressed with the approach made asking to arrange a telephone appointment immediately when I had not entered my number . It felt too hard line for an enquiry .

Promised to call me back in an hour, but failed to. Eventually called me 2 1/4 hours later apologising they were talking to a customer, I thought I was a customer?!? Didn't really fancy paying out a £1000 deposit, and driving all the way to Milton Keynes to see it. It did prove useful as during her delay I was contacted by another dealer, who had just sold the car I was after, who offered me the chance to put a deposit of £299 on an identical car. They also included delivery in the overall price.

Rolands Behmanis, who helped us, was simply great.
