Collected the car on Tuesday afternoon and took out the 7 day warranty with the salesman, I called when I got home to let them know that when I was driving home, there was a grinding noise coming from the front of the car at higher speeds. I am assuming they must have known about it and knew I wouldn't pick up on it test driving it in a built up area. They told me to get it looked at and assuming it was something simple, they would cover the cost. As expected, it turned out to be the front wheel bearing, no big deal, but they are refusing to take any responsibility as its wear and tear! It's not the end of the world of me, but if it had been something major, they probably would have given me the same response. Look elsewhere for a respectable dealership.

After a rocky start this dealer proved themselves to be absolutely customer satisfaction focused, everyone we dealt with was very keen to do everything they could to be helpful and to make the purchase process as easy as possible. We would happily deal with this dealer again.

After a week of chasing them, I finally got them to contribute £300 towards repairs, but as soon as they did, they revoked the warranty, meaning I had zero future protection. This whole experience was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same. If you’re thinking about buying from here, do your due diligence, get a full independent inspection, and be prepared for potential issues. Better yet, just go somewhere more trustworthy.
