When advertised, the seller stated that the car had been fixed and was in good condition. The manager was friendly, and on initial inspection the car appeared fine. However, shortly after receiving the vehicle, multiple issues became apparent: Warning lights began to appear. The car started running slowly and eventually shut off while driving. My independent mechanic inspected the vehicle and confirmed it is not roadworthy and uneconomical to repair. This directly contradicts the description provided by the seller and constitutes misrepresentation. After I raised my concerns, the seller collected the car from my address and assured me it would be delivered the next day. However, I have since faced repeated delays. I was told I would be called back with an update, but after more than three days, the seller has stopped answering my calls altogether. No having communication with me, I work on care home no idea how this affects my life.

Upon travelling 90 miles to view the above vehicle listed as having 12 months mot and full service history when we arrived the car was at the mot testing station suggesting it had no mot had 11 stamps in the service book which was fine until I asked for paperwork to clarify what work had been carried out in the last 11 years the owner said he had no proof on any work done on this vehicle so we promptly took the decision to lease the premises forthwith without telling the owner felt he was very untrustworthy to say the least very disappointed all round.

Fantastic Experience, very helpful over the phone and sent multiple additional pictures and videos of the car. Agreed to have front tyre changed at no cost as it was an advisory on previous MOT. Very friendly and professional when we picked the car up and the car was in fantastic condition even better than described on the advert! 5/5 would definitely recommend!
